After the reservation is completed, you will need to send us the following documents.
If you are not able to provide any of these documents, you will lose the money paid for the reservation:
- Tenants? Passport/NIE/ID
- Only for employees: Copy of the last three payrolls OR copy of your contract.
- Only for self employed: Last income tax return.
- Only for students: University or school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the apartment.
- For companies representing tenants:
*** Constitution deeds and TIN of the company.
*** Company?s representative full power deeds and DNI or passport.
*** Last tax statement.
- Only working professionals or students (with a guarantor). Unemployed people are not allowed
